Silver plated spoon handles with a trailing floral pattern form this pretty pair of re-imagined flatware earrings.
These are topped with a rhinestone spacer and silver polished hematite for a little bit of bling. Finished with simple niobium ear hooks.
Overall measurement 2.5” and on the heavy side - you know - silverware and all.
Silver-plated flatware boasts the most stunning patterns, I just couldn’t resist recreating them into something wearable. Each spoon or fork is hand cut, shaped, filed, sanded, hanging holes drilled, cleaned, and sealed to prevent tarnish. It’s a process!
Not wanting to waste a thing, I’ll use the rest of each flatware piece to make rings and sculptures. Eventually.
